Very happy with the entire experience, customer service, movers, pricing, quality, etc
Received confirmation call the day before the move.
Movers arrived right on time, were curtious and great to work with. They walked the entire move then got right to it, pounded everything out in about 1.5hrs (better part of 3 bedroom house). Brought into next place in about an hour.
Fast move, nothing broken, runners laid out, great customer service and work ethic all around.
Hoping to not move again, but would certainly re-use and recommend to anyone.

My family recently used 2 Small Men with Big Hearts. They were friendly, speedy and professional. They worked hard on a cold November day.
Although we updated our 'items list' and they send an additional staff was recommended (which we accepted) but they still couldn't pack all our items into the truck they brought - I was disappointed that the movers I paid for couldn't pack and move everything causing me to make extra trips.

Here's some sage advice: Don't have a girlfriend who moves alot! (Mine did it three and a half times in three and a half years.) But if you do then I heartily recommend 2SMWBH. This last move was a big one on a rainy, cold November day. Etienne, Colby and Nick were professional, thoughtful, and devoted to getting my boo across town to her new place intact. Great job, guys! As for my girlfriend? "I'll think I'll keep her!"

Our move with Two Small Men with Big Hearts started with the helpful and knowledgeable office staff. They were so reassuring and supported us with the paperwork so it was a simple process.
Leo and Mohamad were the Two Small Men with Big Hearts moving crew for our move in London Ontario. We had more furniture than our last move but they handled all the items with ease. They listened to our requests, and worked methodically to move items from location A to location B. Everything was carefully placed in the new home and they negotiated tight corners with care. They were so pleasant and friendly! Definitely recommend this moving company.
