The guys arrived right on timeThey were efficient, speedy, and friendly.I have a difficult 2nd floor apartment space with a "porch" that is a flat top 3 car garage below, but the steps to apartment are short and hard to maneuver. They were able to take the bigger things and lower off the "porch" with no safety harness. Just saying.. THAT was above and beyond.Final bill was EXACTLY what was quoted, no trying to bump it up like some other places out there.I HIGHLY recommend.
They answered all my phone calls and doubts and met the appointment dates accordingly. They arrived on time and delivered all items on time too. Staff were kind and efficient.This was a service booked as an urgency one day before, so I'm really thankfull for all the support.I do consider it was expensive but we hired them to load/unload the truck, the route was long and booked a big unit as well, so I consider that even if the cost was a little bit high it was justified because of the service, so, it was really fine!

The guys at Above Average truly stands up to the name! They were great from start to finish! The speed at which they finished the project was outstanding. I had some very heavy stuff and they moved it with care and no problem. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. The price was right and even came in less than quoted. I would not look at anyone else online. I’ve moved before a few time with reputable companies and none compare to Above Average. The guys were friendly and seemed to enjoy helping. The disassembled items and put them back together in the instructed space. Run to this company and you will experience the same. Please tip very well as these guys TRULY deserve it!
