The next time we need anything moved, we’ll be giving Big Dog Movers a call. Also, when we were shopping around for quotes, Big Dog’s was the cheapest, and the actual price ended up being lower than the quote.

We can't thank Big Dog Movers of Madison enough! We had a difficult appliance removal & delivery situation - had to have an old refrigerator removed and the new one delivered through our kitchen window. Called five different companies and they were the only ones that agreed to do it. They were quick (same day!), accommodating and efficient. Even better, they did the work for a reasonable price. We are very grateful and we highly recommend them!

We are extremely disappointed. What began as a great relationship with responsive communication with Jesse has ended in Big Dog Movers ghosting me. They won't respond to my emails about documented damage resulting in their stacking heavy boxes on top of ones marked 'Fragile' and identified with red tape. We need two lampshades replaced (Baker Furniture brand hand made in Italy) at about $1,200. Jesse emailed on April 12 saying he'd get back to me. I followed up the next day. Today is May 1, and I still haven't heard from him or the owner.

I would certainly consider moving again, but I’m glad I won’t have to! ?? Big Dog was only my second call, and they answered the phone immediately, securing my business. They had several date options that worked for me, and they arrived on time. They efficiently loaded and unloaded all my belongings exactly where I needed them. Great job!

If you want a professional company to handle your move with grace, good communication, and efficiency, look no further. These guys did a great job helping us move a fourth floor two bedroom apartment in Madison to a storage unit in Minneapolis. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were smart about how they chose to wrap fragile furniture and frames, and they packed the truck neatly. Great communication while they transported our stuff to Minneapolis, and they were able to get everything done significantly below the quoted cost. We had the same movers on the move out as on the move in which was an added plus because they were already familiar with our items.
