What luck I had to schedule a move right before the snowstorm hit! All My Sons was great throughout needing to reschedule 3x because of weather.Dispatch was great in communicating and making sure I was taken care of. The 2 Live Crew of Mario and Haazim did an amazing job moving my stuff and treating it as their own. Made the move effortless and easy.Would highly recommend and use again!
Cannot say enough great things about All My Sons Moving. I received several quotes and not only did they offer the best quote, but their service was amazing from the start. When the movers arrived, I had Vincent’s crew with Jay, Trey, and Anthony. They were truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. They treated our household items and furniture with great care and respect. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for hiring amazing people!! They were top notch!!
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a moving company. I booked All My Sons to pack and move my one-bedroom apartment into my new home, and from start to finish it was full of mistakes, unprofessional behavior, and inflated charges.• Scheduling: My original confirmed move date was cancelled last-minute due to their “double booking.” This forced me to fly my mom in for the rescheduled date, costing me even more money.• Communication: Even though my mom was the listed point of contact, the movers kept calling me and ignored instructions. They showed up late in the window and disappeared for over 30 minutes at one point.• Professionalism: One mover literally walked in and said, “We have to move all this stuff?!” — not what you want to hear from people you’re paying by the hour. Their pace doubled after their boss told them they were “off the clock” at midnight, proving they had been dragging things out earlier.• Packing Quality: Careless and wasteful. They dented a canvas picture, scratched my dining room table, bent and ruined a fake plant, and shoved my clothes (including suits and jackets) into regular boxes instead of wardrobe boxes. They wrapped a single sock and a pen in three sheets of paper, put two cowboy hats in a box by themselves, and packed heavy appliances with no protection. I later found multiple kitchen items and even a drawer left behind.• Billing: They initially tried to charge me $2,500 for a 15-minute move across town, then dropped it to $1,800 after arguing. I was billed for 18 rolls of tape, yet later found 6 unfinished rolls packed in boxes. They also charged for unused wardrobe boxes.I have photos of all of this — from the unfinished tape rolls, to the poor packing, to the damaged items.Bottom line: this company is unprofessional, careless, and overpriced. If you value your time, money, and belongings, look elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We moved on August 6th, 2025, just 0.2 miles down the road in Frisco, and this was hands-down the worst moving experience we’ve ever had.It started with calling at 7:30am to tell us they’d overbooked and wouldn’t be able to work us in but we managed to solve that. I DEEPLY regret that. I should have taken it as a sign that things were going to go poorly. They were the slowest crew I’ve ever seen in all my years of moving. The crew disappeared for an unannounced lunch break in the middle of the job. We called over and over before finally getting someone, and when they did show up, it was 45+ minutes later. The manager, Brian, was unbelievably rude and defensive. Some movers were literally sitting around watching the others work. It took them HOURS to load fairly straightforward items. My husband assisted with basic items that they did not do.The unloaded in about 40 minutes. They reassembled furniture but several items were broken and assembled poorly. They didn’t move several items upstairs like they were supposed to, left a bunch of stuff still wrapped in plastic, and wouldn’t take any boxes or tubs. We had to rent a U-Haul and finish the move ourselves. They broke multiple items, charged us $186 for supplies and “mileage” for a 0.2-mile move, overcharged the time they were here, and then doubled the bill from what we were quoted. To top it off, they refused to unload our things until we paid the inflated price. This company was unprofessional, dishonest, and made a super simple move incredibly stressful. I’ll never use them again, and I’d tell anyone considering them to look elsewhere.I posted some pictures of things they wrapped, our 15’ U-Haul with a few thing they’d left behind (we had to load it 3 times) and the stuff in the living room they didn’t take.
In May, we moved from Dallas to Miami.I shouldn't say, 'we' moved, I should say ... All My Sons moved us to Miami. The stress of moving, was removed, when Noelle and I spoke on the phone & facetime multiple times about what we are moving, what needs to get packed by them, what I could pack myself, what to expect the day of the move, etc. She kept my nerves at a minimum. I felt like we could have been friends in another life. She was great! The day of the move out, Vincent kept me in the loop as to their ETA. They were ontime and ready to go! They were communicative and careful with our stuff. Special shout out to Anthony A who was awesome with our 5 year old son during the move out in Dallas and again during the move in once we got to Miami. Two days later, our stuff arrived. Vincent and Anthony A kept us in the loop of their ETA and status of their road trip. Jensen was awesome as well, especially when we called an audible. Or when the HOA needed a last minute letter for proof of insurance. He had our backs.Everyone was thoughtful and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better crew or experience. Thanks Team!
