Your entire process from initial call to quality packing, loading and unloading was always followed up by crew sweeping up and disposing of their trash! Feedback on My Experience withJD Johnson moving company

I want to share my experience with JD Johnson moving regarding my recent residential move. I hired this company for a local move within the state, covering just a mile distance. They loaded my belongings into two trucks and held them overnight before delivery.

Upon delivery, I noticed that several valuable items were missing, including electrical charge batteries with the base and a Bose soundbar. Additionally, the installation of my bed was done improperly, resulting in damage. I have attached pictures as proof of the issue.

I submitted a claim as advised by Danny Johnson in October 2024 and have been following up continuously. However, after four months, I have received no updates or refunds. I am now considering filing a formal complaint.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation, I would appreciate any advice on how you handled it. I will also provide updates on the outcome of my complaint process.
