I have been renting a storage unit here for years but always had not so good costumer service. I didn't really put too much into it untill now. The manager put me on a restriction which only allows me 30mins . When the 30days was almost up I tried speaking to the manager about removing the second lock, his answer was , " oh no it was not for 30days, we review it every 30days to see how your attitude is". In my mind I was like wth,? With that said I stood quiet n only went to my unit about 3x during this restriction period, mind you not we are going in over 2months and the manager refuses to take me of this ridiculous restriction because HE SAID I MADR A THREAT TO CENTRAL OFFICE, N TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO LET ALL THE HOMELESS KNOW THEY CAN COME TO UHAUL N SLEEP IN ONE OF THEIR TRAILS! Well I was being a smartass because they do have a homeless person that has been sleeping there for years n I just so happened to see him one morning n I brought up to their attention n they had knowledge of it. So when I called Central office to let them know about this restriction I was in , I made a smart remark. Now the manager at the storage in moreno valley refuses to remove their second lock n take me off this ridiculous restriction but I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY? BECAUSE THEY ALSO BROKE THE RULES N THIS WOULD NOT BE THE TO FIRST TIME OF A HOMELESS PERSON LIVING THERE! RIGHT NOW I LIVE OF MY STORAGE BECAUSE IM GOING BACK N FORT FROM MORENO VALLEY TO WEST COVINA BECAUSE MY OLDEST DAUGHTER HAS STAGE 3 CANCER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS NOW. THEY ALSO SOUND OFF THEIR VERY LOUD ALARM IF YOU ARE IN YOUR UNIT TOO LONG.

Your cleaning products made my heart rate slow down I had breathing difficulties I got very weak and wanted to pass out because of strong smell from whatever cleaning product your cleaning guy sprayed inside my rental truck when I got it I smelled it admittedly but I thought it will air out no the smell did not air out it got worse which gave me all these scary body issues I was fighting my breathing, which I have a witness because he started experiencing body issues as well. Your cleaning man when I brought the truck back was claiming how he has the sniffles but I told him its probably all that cleaning sprays your spraying in these rented trucks he. He says no I've been dealing with these for sometime, he is so sick that he doesn't even know his body has developed issues from all the chemicals he has been spraying that is messing with the customers as well. I Can't say that I would recommend your company due to what has happened to me and my husband which was very scary for me and If someone doesn't read my survey or review you've asked me to do and refund me something. Your business might not last. Chemicals are dangerous. I hope it wasn't done intentionally as the cleaning man that checked in my rental truck when I returned the truck, said some weird stuff when I came out of your bathroom he mumbled something as he was entering into the bathroom after me. If you refund me I will definitely recommend your company and others will know that you care for your customers and their health safeties and less gain for profit for your business.

My mother rented a pick-up truck for me. The online reservation didn't go thru the night before the pickup time. Everything went smoothly as if there was a pick-up truck already there waiting for my reservation. To be honest it was a life saver for my situation (i really needed that truck). Thnx!

I recently visited the U-Haul location at Sunnymead Moreno Valley, Ca and overall had a positive experience with Meagan. The store itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when dealing with moving. Meagan

One of the standout aspects of my visit was the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kudos to them for their professionalism and courtesy.

However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, the parking situation was less than ideal. The area was limited and somewhat confusing, making it difficult to find a spot.

Additionally, staffing seemed to be a bit understaffed for the volume of customers. With only two employees available for check-in during a busy morning, the wait time was around 20-30min. Having more staff on hand during peak hours could help streamline the process and reduce wait times for customers.

Overall, while I was impressed with the customer service and the cleanliness of the store, addressing the parking situation and staffing levels would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. I would still recommend this location, but improvements in these areas would make it even better.
