Very slow and wastes a lot of time. Inexperience staff that stands around and waits for the owner to tell them what to do. Two people standing around while one person wraps furniture. Instead of being effective and efficient they stand around , some of them even sat on my furniture while waiting for someone to finish wrapping. A LOT of wasted time , will never use again or recommend!

They made my parents and myself comfortable with the handling of our treasures; completed the job in the time quoted and was not charged a penny more than we were quoted. I don't know WHY these guys have negative reviews. I have used them 2 times for family members and I run a storage and recommended them to tenants and they have used them MANY times also. So I have had MANY dealings with them and I can tell you NOT ONE COMPLAINT. Their prices are fair and their workers are conscientious and get to work! I am sorry for the bad reviews, but I have to tell you, I have used them a little less than a dozen times and NEVER had a problem. We are using them again. I will write a review after the 14th of October 2017 to let you know how this move went. BUT SO FAR, I WOULD HIGHLY recommend!!

Staff was very kind, professional, and courteous. The guys were careful with my items when moving them. none of my personal belongings were damaged in the moving process. I felt like a valued customer and the guys moved quick and with a purpose as well. Pricing of their services is fair, and I had an easy time booking an appointment with them. No complaints on my end! Thanks for making the moving process smooth and affordable! Will use their services again in the future if I move again.
