I was moving from Philly to Columbus. about 30 minutes after the crew got to my place to start the move, the fire alarm went off in my apartment building and completely shut down the elevators for and hour. The crew (Parrish, Andre and Christopher) were super patient with the situation but kept working, they did not stop. They took wonderful care of my stuff (I had a LOT). They wrapped all my furniture. They had nice, new blankets for everything. And again they were super friendly. I am SO happy with this crew and will definitely be going with two men and a truck again. Thank you!
Our move from Princeton to an apartment in Philly was excellent. I had been in touch with with them several times prior to the move so I knew what I had to do to get ready and they were prepared. The guys were great- nice, careful, and damaged nothing. I recommend them highly.
Excellent movers. Did a great job. They knew what they were doing and were very courteous. Made my moving day very easy. Great guys! I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. Highly recommend!
This move was absolutely the best. The crew was to empty my POD and another 5x5 storage unit and combine into one unit at the same facility. Once we arrived and Chris saw the contents of the 5x5, he said I didn't need the size I reserved. His expertise allowed me to get into a smaller unit while still having space to access clothing, and most importantly, SAVE MONEY! Anthony, Chris and Brandon were a great team that got the job done right!! I used Two Men and A Truck in NC to pack up my home in the POD, and they were just as good in NJ. I highly recommend them.
I want to share a serious concern about a situation involving this location. I responded to a Facebook Marketplace listing and was directed to “Door 5” at the end of the industrial park where this business is located. There was no clear signage, just a backdoor near a dumpster and a fenced-in loading dock. When I arrived, a man opened the door and told me to come inside. As a woman alone in a deserted industrial area on a Sunday afternoon, I said I was not comfortable going in. He immediately became hostile and accused me of racism for setting a very basic safety boundary. This setup is incredibly unsafe—no phone number was given ahead of time, no confirmation that this was part of a legitimate business, and the entire interaction felt shady. I later saw Two Men and a Truck vehicles on-site, but there’s no telling if this person works for them or is just using the building to run personal sales or possibly something more questionable. If this is part of the business, it needs serious oversight. And if it’s not, then someone is leveraging their location to make people feel falsely secure. Either way, it’s dangerous. I left shaken, but safe—others might not be so lucky. I'll be making a police report.
