The day of service was great! Preston, James, Dakota, and Michael did a great job moving everything despite lack of communication from their management/dispatch. They were not briefed on the job until after they left for the day so they didn't have all the supplies needed. Dispatch also sent too few movers to move efficiently. I was never called a few days before like what was supposed to be done. The crew showed up with few details regarding my move and some wrong facts about the move. This was caused by their dispatch not reaching out to request details nor did they ask when I called. I would recommend their service if you are willing to reach out and give details yourself.
What can I say! Payton, Dakota, and Preston were amazing! Moving is always trying time and so it always is super helpful when you have movers that not only listen but really take care of your things. It was also super impressive that Payton was very informative and they kept moving! Not wasting time. I believe Scott was the one who scheduled me, either way him or Joseph actually listen to my unique situation and schedule appropriately. I even had to call back on an amendment, and the lady who answered added the extra person so they wouldn’t need extra time. Just so thankful for this experience could’ve gone the other way, but it worked out. I’m definitely telling everyone and we’ll Use this company again!
DJ and Marcus did an amazing job !! They were cheerful and took care of all my requests! I even made them move my couch twice for a better placement and they did it without any hesitation. They even had to dismantle my bed frame and they took care of even assembling it back. I also had a great experience from enquiry to booking. I paid 150$ lesser than the quote they gave me as Marcus and DJ were so quick. Extremely happy, this was the most peaceful move I ever had !
The Murfreesboro team of Preston , Micheal ,Conner, Marvin , and Denver did a great job for us. They were timely. We had a ton of stuff and Preston did great job packing floor to ceiling to get most all of our stuff. Since local move we can get the items that would not pack well. Thanks for a great move.
Three movers were needed for my move. They showed up, completed a mini consultation and got to work. The movers effectively worked in tandem. Their working team leader was active and simultaneously maintained the task of assignment. All My Sons was conscious with their time and effective on packing, handling and caring for my personal effects. They handled my very heavy commercial equipment with ease.
