There’s not enough words to use for all of the good things I can say about Alek, Ethan, and Tony! These guys treated our belongings, and home, as if they belonged to their own grandmothers. They took such care of everything, they were so sweet and kind! This team set the standard for what kind of an experience you should have from a moving company. I could go on and on about them for days; in fact, I have been! I tell everyone who asks how my move is going about this company and this team. While I hope to not need to move again for a long time, this will be the first call I make next time around.
Alec Taylor and Elijah were 3 of the most respectful young men I have met in a long time. I worked jobs for 25 years dealing with the public and have first hand knowledge how rough it can be sometimes and sometimes no matter how hard you try you just can’t please some people. Those 3 gentlemen were extremely respectful to my mother from the first interaction. She was moving out of her home she’s lived in for 26 years and they made the process a lot less stressful today. Will definitely recommend your services and will only use yall if needed in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. They were on time, fast, and extremely careful with all of my belongings while moving my two-bedroom apartment. Absolutely no damage to anything. The crew was friendly, respectful, and very professional the entire time. They even put my furniture back together better than when it was originally built by professionals. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be using them again. 10/10 experience!
Little Guys Movers were amazing during our move this past week! Hunter, Elijah, and Fred were the sweetest guys, even in below freezing temps! They moved us fast and took care of all of our belongings going up to a 3rd floor apartment! Thank y’all so much again!
I’ll keep it as short as possible…We hired little guys for a big move TN to AZ. During the hiring process we explained everything, where, when, what, etc. Made everything very clear. First day, two younger guys came, first hour+ they hauled three things into our pod. They would talk and other one sat down on his phone in the pod. I called the office manager who said they’re refund that first hour and sent out a “manager” to train/guide the rest of the time. Started by moving everything out and moving everything back in as they were not packing it up well at all. I had to keep on them about wrapping and using the moving blankets we purchased and the ties. Repeatedly I had to keep telling them to wrap things, we also had a huge roll of cream wrap we purchased and they never used it. We had them a second day because their estimates of one pod was wrong so we had to order out another pod and same ordeal all over again, ugh.Fast forward, we moved, 6mos later got our pods (as we discussed with them and they said it would be ok and we’d be covered if anything happens because we’ve stayed it with them, we were very clear because of our previous move. We learned to always get the coverage.) after getting our items moved in, sadly to our surprise a lot of our items have been ruined. I emailed little guys and at first it seemed like they were going to be ok and easy to work with, they said he’d replace the unit with the hole in it (sent the item cost but no final receipt). Wrong. They hired a “repair” guy to come out and “fix” the damaged items, he didn’t do that well. Painted things different colors, made more holes in our furniture, and charged them way too much for what he did/ruined. Our washer was absolutely terrible, banged up and the inside was torn apart as they did t put in any kind of support. I received an email back saying little guys would do nothing more and they turned the cards and were blaming us saying we didn’t have the proper moving supplies etc…we provided everything, their guys are supposed to be trained and trusted. Not the case. I’ve tried to contact them back ask them to call us etc and they won’t respond at all. I even tried corporate and nothing. Shame.With everything that was ruined we asked for just a small portion of $950 to be paid to us and that they cover the cost of having the washer dryer hauled away. (our items were new, only 1.5yrs old)Still no responses, no calls, nothing.What has happened to good customer service these days? Moving is emotional enough and to add this on top of it is heart wrenching.I don’t normally leave reviews, the reason for doing so this time is to help you be aware if you’re deciding to hire movers and because they refuse to communicate with us. Had they communicated and talked with us further, this review would be different or not here. It’s sad, Little guys movers of Murfreesbo, TN. ??
