Very nice guys! They did an awesome job! I have used all my sons a couple times in Las Vegas so I didn't hesitate to use the company again! The service was worth the money. I will say it was expensive for the travel time. I will refer and use again if I was to move again. Thank you ??
I did a local move today from my storage unit into a condo I just purchased. I have to say that I'm incredibly happy with All My Son's services. They waited for me to get there before they started my clock, and they did an amazing job!! As we all know, moving companies charge by the hour, and lemme be honest when I say they don't spare a minute! They are so fast and careful on top of that. They put everything in the condo where I wanted it, and I had a few more pieces of furniture than I remembered having in the storage unit.I swear to God, they started at 7:45, moved everything, and were completely DONE and left before 9:35!!! Less than 2 hours with only 2 men, and I am so grateful!!The owner called me himself to confirm beforehand, and was 100% completely transparent about pricing, so I'd know what to expect. They charged me a few HUNDRED LESS than I was expecting!! They got everything done way faster than expected, and the fuel charge was nearly $50 less than expected also!!!I'm very happy with All My Son's services, and I WILL be recommending the company to anyone I know
All my sons did a local move for my family and I. The price was reasonable and they were straightforward with the total cost. Huge shout out to Travis and Tim - they did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and immediately started protecting furniture. They worked hard and efficiently from the beginning. Will recommend this company to anyone.
The crew that came to my home were terrific. They called to let me know they were exactly 22 minutes from my home. Our time was between 730 and 830 and they showed up right when they said they would. The first thing they did was to protect the floors and door jams so nothing got ruined. All 3 of the gentlemen who showed had a great attitude and were clearly experienced. The disassembled 3 bed sets and moved a very large and very heavy solid 9 foot tall amour up to the a set of stairs with a narrow turn. They were determined to get it done but said they couldn’t promise nothing would get hit because of how narrow the turn was. Needless to say, the didn’t damage anything. 100% I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. I was concerned because we were being quoted by the hour, but they were very fast!!
My mother and I hired All My Sons to help us move into our brand new home, and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We were quoted over $1,000, which we were willing to pay because the company came recommended by someone we trusted. We just purchased a new home and wanted the move to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. The movers showed up—one of them looked very young and inexperienced, but we didn’t think much of it at first. We had carefully packed everything into totes, leaving only the furniture for them to move. We assumed that would make their job easier. We were wrong. As it turned out, the younger mover was brand new—it was his first day, and he was still in training. He struggled to lift our dining table and ended up dropping it on the concrete. When I came outside, I heard him saying it was too heavy and he couldn’t carry it. The other mover told him to “toughen up his hands,” which didn’t inspire much confidence. From that point on, I knew this move wasn’t going to end well.I stayed calm for the sake of my elderly mother, but it was clear that one mover was doing all the heavy lifting while the other barely helped. It took them nearly 6 hours just to load everything onto the truck—for a two-bedroom apartment. They arrived at our new home around 5:00 PM (just a 15-minute drive away). All we asked was that the totes be placed in the garage and the furniture placed in the appropriate rooms. What we got was a complete mess: dirty handprints on our freshly painted walls, broken door stoppers, chipped wall corners, damaged trim, dents and chips on our dining table (from being dropped), damage to our couch legs, patio table, entertainment center, and even our front door stripping. Our brand new home was damaged!!They finally finished around 7:30 PM—and then had the nerve to charge us an extra $75. To top it off, the new guy literally quit that day. So for most of the move, it was just one person handling everything, and even he was complaining about how the company regularly puts him in this position without help.We filed a claim for the damages. Despite sending estimates showing over $2,000 worth of damage, the company offered us just $790. That’s completely unacceptable, and they’ve still not resolved the issue.Do yourself a favor—DO NOT hire All My Sons. Check out their BBB complaints and you’ll see our experience is not unique.
