I called to have someone come out and give us an estimate, our appointment was at 3:30 but the guy doing the estimate decided to come at 3:15 pm and leave a pamphlet in our door. I called the moving company at 3:30 and told them what happened, Madison I think she is the owners wife said ohh he was there at 3:15 and no one answered so he left. Well why would he come at 3:15 and leave when my appointment was at 3:30, I was very upset about this because I was visiting my husband in the hospital and left early to make sure I was on time. Not a good way to do business!!!Please stop with the lies, we are taking our business elsewhere. I’m done so please don’t contact me again! We were there and you left before 3:30.
Movers were on time and prepared. Communicative and respectful of my belongings. Delivered in quoted time. And were patient and accommodating to my schedule!Very nice! The quoting process was easy and they did it virtual and followed up as needed.
LaBarbera Movers did a great job with my move from NMB to Raleigh, NC. I want to give a shout out to Greg, Jacob and David for their work. They treated our furniture with care! I also want to thank Max when he got to Raleigh! All of our furniture was in great shape when it arrived! If you need movers, hire this company!!!
I have used this moving company three times in three years. Don't ask but they helped make at least one difficult move so easy, and made all my moves effortless and not as stressful as it could have been. They are honest and upfront. Really nice people and with a sense of humor and I will say I love how they shrink wrap!!! Also, they do what they say they will do, keep to schedule, don't over charge and get the job done. Hopefully, I don't have to use them anytime soon but just friends use them and they were so happy with their choice. Don't book anyone else and avoid the hassle - go with LaBarbera.
