I cannot give these guys more stars or I would. I was worried because my fiance was alone to handle the move as I was working, but to her they did fantastic! Very efficient very polite and super at handling our furniture. Probably the best moving company I have used to date!!! Thank you guys!!!
had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. They sent two elderly movers for a job that clearly required a stronger, better-staffed crew. I genuinely felt bad for the guys — they were polite and clearly doing their best — but they were physically overwhelmed from the start.Because of that, several pieces of furniture were damaged, and my sofa ended up soaked in sweat by the time the move was done. That’s not acceptable, regardless of the circumstances.
The 2 guys that came to move our furniture were great. They wrapped everything to keep it safe from damage. They were very friendly and polite.My only problem was I was not informed about the 1 hour travel time. Not sure where the truck comes from. But the extra hour should have been mentioned when we made the arrangements. I was not happy when it came time to pay.
The company was contracted by the mattress company I had ordered a recent purchase from. There was some initial communication difficulties. However, the day of the move dispatch was responsive and the movers were great. Super polite, fast, and efficient. I was very grateful for their service and competence. I would recommend.
Absolutely Terrific!!! We just moved from Myrtle Beach to Johns Island and we used Move Myrtle Beach! We haven''t moved in 30 years so we had no idea what to expect! They were on time for the packing and loading...it took an entire 3 days. It was a nightmare for my wife and I but Joel, the owner, and his guys made it tolerable. They were communicative, cooperative, transparent about everything, and most important of all they did the job well and on time! Joel estimated the cost lower than anyone else I had asked and I'm sure we had more to move than he could have ever expected. His final price was a bit over the estimate but still thousands under any of the other estimates.GREAT JOB! MOVE MYRTLE BEACH! MOVING? CALL ME! USE THEM!
