Excellent service! Tristan and Parker were kind, respectful and very efficient. They were careful with moving my belongings. They knew what they were doing, and did it well. In general, moving is stressful, and they made it very easy. Highly recommend!
Tristan and crew (Brandon and Randall) moved our piano in difficult conditions (rainy, slippery wood steps outside) - a job that another company was not able to complete. These guys were all very friendly and professional. I am very thankful for the job they did, and I highly recommend them!
This was the horrible experience for us.They didn’t show up for our moving day without any phone calls or email. We even paid the deposit.They didn’t show on the time so we called them 100 times but never answered.2hours later, the manager called us back saying stupid excuse.We were panicking cause had to move out the apartment in 3hours. So we got the U-hall and call more than 10 friends to come help us. Fortunately that was on a holiday everyone was home.The reason we wanted to hire the moving company was carrying up light piano(about 200kg) also wanted to bring the piano on the up floor of our new place.Only the good thing was the manager in the head office called us 2days later and apologized. But I still can’t forgive them.I don’t want anyone to have this happened again.Please don’t use this moving company.
I was not going to leave a review as it in the negative. However, I cannot say I would recommend this company, all I needed was totes moved from my home to Extra storage in Duncan, when the owner of Extra saw the driver she flew in a tantrum saying he was barred from the property and that left the young guy who was a great help. The reason I needed help in the first place was I have broken ribs and a bad back, however we did manage to get all the items in the storage unit between us. The owner/operator of Two Men was very apologetic but still charged me full price for the work I did :(
Lamont has two great workers in Donovan & Nate. I booked about 2 weeks in advance and I got a confirmation email, a follow up email reminder prior to the day of the move and I got a phone call from the driver. Both guys were polite and friendly and on time. They were careful with my furniture and belongings. I watched them take special care to secure it properly inside their truck. My stuff was shrink wrapped to avoid anything swinging open. It actually went really smoothly and faster than I thought it would take and I paid the hourly rate I was quoted. Good communication throughout and I would highly recommend this company.
