We had a great experience with Sunrise Movers. We called them the day before, after a family emergency occurred, and they saved us on moving day. We had a pricing question after the guys were done, and we got an immediate response and an explanation. We know where to look when we're ready to move next time.
By far the best experience I have had with a moving company! When I called, the lady on the phone was super helpful and fit me in even when I gave barely any notice and they had a jammed packed week. Super sweet and accommodating. The movers were very mindful of all my belongings and were also very kind and helpful. Very personable employees! Keep up the great work guys! Update. Since posting this review we have been contacting by this company1. Private berating us and calling us liars.2. Threatening to take us to court.3. Threatening to contact my husband's employers.We have had to remove one review we wrote because they bullied and threatened us.No matter what you say, they will call you a liar.Very , very bad customer service and lack of communication. Completely forgot to call us numerous times when they said they would because of a piece of furniture they broke and said they'd fix and return. It took them almost a month to return it, 3 weeks later then they said initially.The owner is the worst out of all of them. And one guy kept talking to us when my husband and I were talking privately. Not working, just talking A lot! The owner hardly lifted a finger, but he kept eating my orchard fruit, and asking for water. Nobody brings their own little lunch. And they broke a lot of stuff!
I highly recommend Sunrise senior relocation services. The movers were very professional, friendly, efficient and caring. Tamara is a wonderful communicator, and very helpful with moving my mom from her home to Assisted Living. I would definitely use them for any move I had to do whether it was for a senior or not. Reasonable pricing and excellent service!
