Every aspect including delivery, pickup, shipment and finally Moving Help hired contractors to deliver and unpack the boxes all went seamless. I hired TheMovingGuy, Peter and Elian, and they did a fantastic job unpacking the U-Boxes. U-Haul customer support is great, they call with details throughout the process. Every step was on time. I could not have asked for a better move experience.

I have to say I was totally pleased with this experience. I originally hired movers and they were horrible and left 75% of my items at my home, so hurried and found out about ubox through U-Haul. This saved my move and it was delivered before time and all items were present and damaged. The staff at all times were professional and helpful. They allowed changes of schedule with ease and I am grateful so if I have to move again it will be using U-Haul.
