Rip off! His workers were nice but over worked. The owner Jay gave us a quote and then over charged our credit card for extra hidden costs that we did not agree on. We ended up spending $400 for about $150 worth of work. He basically scammed us!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND HE DOES NOT CARE. CALL SOMEONE ELSE

My recent experience with this moving company was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hired them for a short-distance move—only about 7 minutes from my original location—with just 11 items to transport. Despite the simplicity of the job, the movers took four hours to complete it, and I was billed for an additional hour that I believe was unwarranted. Throughout the move, the crew took smoke breaks while on the clock, which I found highly unprofessional, especially given the hourly rate I was being charged. More concerning was their apparent lack of experience. My walls sustained visible damage during the move, and an essential power adapter for my brand-new reclining sofa went missing. Without it, the functionality of the sofa is compromised. When I reached out to the owner to report these issues, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He questioned why his movers would need the adapter and implied the situation was not his concern. When I mentioned pursuing a formal complaint, his response was, “Go ahead, you won’t get very far.”This lack of accountability and poor customer service was deeply disappointing. I expected a professional, respectful service, and instead, I was left with property damage, missing equipment, and an unresolved issue. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
I experienced significant issues with the moving company. They arrived late and increased the price of the service after all my belongings had already been loaded onto the truck. At the time, I was driving from Connecticut to Pennsylvania. Additionally, they did not apply my deposit toward the total cost, which resulted in me paying nearly $700 more than the initial quote I received via text.I requested an invoice multiple times that day after making the payment, but I never received it. I also spoke with the movers and was told they would contact the manager for an answer. The manager promised to email me the invoice that night, but it never arrived. I deeply regret not reading the reviews, which clearly show that this company has a history of unfair practices toward their customers.
These pictures are from a full service move to the next town. I paid 5K and did NOT receive professional or timely service. They tried charging and extra 1k and tried to hold my belongings hostage. They will lose your items and lie about it. They wrapped and taped things excessively like why wrap a can of ginger beer??? It was totally wasteful! Now days later, his workers did return some of my items, and put boxes in the right space, but they never delivered the custom made vanity they packed. Jay said they never saw the vanity and never packed it, but his workers remembered the vanity and even carefully packed the bulbs.This was the worse move ever, by far!! and I have completed multiple full service and cross country moves. Of note, the movers seemed nice and unaware of their boss' (Jay) deceptive business practices. I didn't know who to believe. The whole thing was a big mess!
