The worst experience ever I would not recommend unless you want to replace your valuables. The set prices rises as they insist on wrapping paper and boxing items for which you did not request. My daughter's makeup palettes, PS5, and bedframe was never placed in storage as i requested . When I had my items returned and delivered to the new address, I notified the business and they stated, if we did not pack it our selves then we are not responsible, the PLAYSTATION 5 AKA PS5 was placed in it's box and the last thing to be placed on the truck. They did not take any accountability, nor was i compensated for their staff stealing my items. I have never experienced anything like this and that is why you have to be careful with supporting local businesses; not all people conduct business honestly. I would definitely recommend another company who did a excellent job and with safely transporting, retreiving and unpacking all of my belongings. Nothing was missing or broken by the company MOISHES.

Is 0 stars possible? I used them 5 years ago and I’m only now (I don’t post reviews often and when I do they tend to be for positive reasons) ready to discuss it. After their movers showed up with nothing but tape and brown paper (no padding, no protection for delicate items - they were going to be storing my stuff for an unknown time as this was during Covid) i followed them to the warehouse. They had brought papers to my house and I was told I had to sign it right then and there - but I had a question about something and they told me I had to speak to the owner. Fine - I went. He was rude, obnoxious and a little bit threatening. He didn’t like that I questioned something on the paperwork and said he didn’t want my business because I was “a red flag.” He told the truck to bring the stuff back to my apt - even though my lease was over and I had moved out. I said I would sign it because I had no other option. He ripped the contract up in front of me and told me to get off his property. Even though they still had possession of my property. I was able to get a storage until nearby and the movers dropped my stuff off there. The workers were kind and tried to help but they could only do so much. Trust all the negative reviews here and save yourself aggravation - pay more for a reputable company, it will be worth it.

This moving company surpasses all others! Their swift and cautious handling got me across the country in no time. Getting a complimentary estimate for self-storage was a delightful bonus, and their storage facilities proved invaluable during the entire relocation. I have complete faith and confidence in this company's reliability!

What an incredible experience with these movers! They helped me with a local move, and I was blown away by their efficiency. Not only did they offer a complimentary self-storage quote, but they also made the entire relocation process enjoyable. Their team was cheerful and paid attention to every detail. I'm genuinely amazed by their service!

STAY AWAY! I was quoted $815 for 3 guys and four hours for a small two BR apartment 3 miles away from current address. They charged me $1545, broke my water line and ice making machine on my $ 3,000.00 refrigerator, dented and scratched my refrigerator doors all over, scratched my newly painted walls in several places, broke my furniture, and Sal talks to African Americans (his customers and workers) like we are filthy animals and like he’s an Italian mobster. He told me to “shut up” several times and hung up on me several times when I asked for instructions on how to make a claim for the damages to my refrigerator doors. His workers tell you he makes them wrap unnecessary items ( plastic cheap chairs ) thoroughly in order to stretch the job once he Sees the last name of the client is an African-American, and offer to do future jobs for the client at a cheaper price, because the owners of the company are obvious racist and talk down to other Black people. Sal is DISGUSTING and said to me, “shut up, your refrigerator works! What’s the big deal! Its just the water line. You can fix it!” You will be insured that your damages, if any, are fully covered. Lies. .30 CENTS PER POUND ONLY. EX. $5000 tv broken that weighs 10 lbs =3$ payout. They refuse to OFFLOAD until you pay in full IN CASH ONLY (illegal I believe) PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE JOB. YOU MUST RENDER PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF JOB? Sals brother calls me the next day and apologizes for an another adults behavior and says he was “out of character because his daughter was injured that very day” Lies. Read the reviews. Sal is OFTEN RUDE,OBNOXIOUS, CONDESCENDING EVEN FRIGHTENINGLY VIOLENT ESPECIALLY TO WOMEN. They advertise in impoverished and low income neighborhoods and then count on customers to sign terrible contracts to victimize already struggling families. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by business owner. I was waiting for him to call me the N word, that’s how disgusting his tone was to me. My furniture was dropped because the workers were arguing about who’s homeless, who lives in a shelter, and body odor. They were calling each other the N word. I felt very uncomfortable as a single woman and afraid for my safety! This was an absolutely horrible experience. Please stay away from this company. I was pressured in to tipping them after the broke my things! (3 men 1 woman) And the driver called me the next day to apologize, but Sals brother told me that he was saying “nothing was wrong with my fridge” the day of the incident. Nothing? Samsung is charging me 220$ JUST TO COME ASSESS the damage. This doesn’t include the parts or the cost to replace the dented doors and the SEVERED WATER LINES FOR MY WATER DISPENSER AND ICE MAKER. Smh. Sals cantankerous behavior had one of his workers threatened with a gun in the past (according to one of his movers). I plan on posting this review on as many platforms as possible to save customers the headache. Good reviews must have been written by this company’s friends and family! My experience was the complete opposite. They are scammers and bullies.
