I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if that were an option.Biggest lesson learned: get the highest amount of insurance possible — you’ll need it. If you plan on using their storage facilities, expect your items to come back covered in dirt because they don’t wrap them properly. When moving in or out of your home, be prepared for damage to door frames, as they don’t protect them with blankets or padding.My fiancé used All My Sons Moving at the same time, and the difference in care was night and day — they went above and beyond to protect everything.I would not recommend Brandon Moving and Storage to anyone.
The fist cabinets were delivered without a hitch. We had to go get the second set because Home Depot had given them a wrong contact number. That’s not Brandon’s fault at all. They were nice, friendly, and helped us load the cabinets. Great people!
My guys Jeremy & Jose, led by Kendrick, were the best movers I've had! They were very careful with my items and wrapped everything nicely. They had a plan, they obviously work together often, and were very organized. They worked tirelessly to stay within my time frame, knowing I had a budget. They were super courteous and responsive to any request I made. I don't plan to move again, but if I had to, I'd call these guys again, no question. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I have made many military and civilian moves over the years. This was by far the best yet. The office staff at Brandon (Stephanie), the packing and unloading crews, and my driver Bonnie were upmost professionals. Thank you all for a smooth move!
They dropped and broke my two year old large capacity LG washing machine and never took ownership of their mistake. Two of the workers told me they were injured and it would have taken less time and cost me less but they had injuries. I used them twice won’t use them a third time.
