The good: They got our stuff moved. They were courteous and reasonably careful.The bad: We were quoted $390 but it ended up costingt $890 and took 7.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment (first floor to first floor). We had everything boxed and ready, but they brought a truck that was too small and had to make two trips. The movers were inexperienced and spent an hour trying to move my $1800.00 power reclining couch, then spent 40 minutes taking it apart, and 30 minutes re-assembling it and it never worked correctly again. We really hadn't budgeted a grand for a small move. The movers were nice but inexperienced and it ended up taking about 6 hours longer than our previous moves which were much larger moves, and costing $500 over what we were quoted. I initially gave them 2 stars, but after reading through all the other reviews, getting a low quote that doubles when the move is finished seems to be a common theme with this company. As many, many others have commented, get a quote in writing and then apparently cross your fingers that they actually show up. While they did show up to my move, there were dozens of others that weren't so lucky.
On Saturday May 10 2025, Andy and another man picked up a dining table and 4 chairs from my 93 yo Mother. It was the last time we saw the table and chairs. They have not delivered it or returned it. No one is answering calls, texts, or email. I just want to know where the table and chairs are so we can go get them. This is theft. Please contact me Andy.
Disappointed is an understatement.Called Andy on 4/23/25, 4/24/25, 5/5/25, 5/28/25, and 5/29/25.We confirmed my moving date for 5/29/25 in the morning in late April, assuming we were set and ready to go. Andy said he’d call me a couple days in advance to confirm moving details. After not receiving any calls, I called him the day before twice with no response. I then called him the same day as our move three times, no response.As anyone knows, moving requires a lot of organization and coordination. Andy has neither. See my picture as proof of call receipts.Lastly, if half a star was possible, I’d give it. Do not work with this company. “All My Sons” saved the day for a great price, great communication, and great personnel!
Andy & Mike moved me this weekend. I could not have done it without them. The busted their butts from start to finish. They took great care of my stuff and even offered to stay longer to help put things together and where they go to be sure I was settled and taken care of. I couldn’t recommend them more. I will definitely be using them again for my next move. Their price cannot be beat and the quality of work is well worth the cost.
I called yesterday and they were able to complete my move today! Andy and Blake showed up on time, even a little early. They were friendly and worked expeditiously. They took care of my things and ensured that everything was placed where I wanted it in the new location. I really felt like they cared and handled my things as they would their own, which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend them for your next move. I moved earlier this year and my experience was the total opposite of today. I thought I never want to move again, but now I know exactly who to call for my next move! Thanks for everything!
