I am a veteran who has moved nearly a dozen times, including military moves, and I can say without hesitation that Royal Van Lines is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with.Their communication is an absolute disaster. Contacting this company was a nightmare constant runaround, multiple phone numbers, no clear point of contact, and zero accountability. Getting a straight answer felt impossible.On top of that, they changed my pickup and delivery dates at the last minute, forcing me to cancel plans and rearrange my schedule. Then unbelievably they changed the dates BACK to the original schedule after I had already canceled everything. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows complete disregard for customers’ time and lives.Delivery didn’t even begin until 9 PM, which is completely unprofessional. After waiting all day with no reliable updates, they showed up late with no apology and no explanation. Stacking items on top of clearly marked fragile items with no regard.To make matters worse, my belongings were damaged. Items I trusted this company to handle with care were clearly mishandled.I’ve dealt with moves that required discipline, coordination, and professionalism Royal Van Lines showed none of those qualities. Between the terrible communication, last-minute scheduling chaos, extremely late delivery, and damaged goods, this was a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish.Delivery driver demanded payment in cash before I was ever able to see any of my items, and did not allow me the opportunity to count or inventory as it was being delivered.If you value your time, your belongings, or your sanity, do not use Royal Van Lines. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
Worst company ever. They damaged my boxes, and my furniture and walls. They inflated my price three times, and it wasn't worth what I paid. 1 mover was so rude, we actually had an argument, the other mover who doesn't work for Royal, was the nicest guy. Will never use this company again, and suggest to others that they dont use Royal.
Royal van lines corporation was awesome nd Genuinely the best moving experience I've had to date. From loading day, assistance with packing to delivery - cross country, the team was prompt, professional, kind, & phenomenal with communication. Can't recommend them enough. I'll def be using them again.
