Worst company to do delivery with. I have been trying to contact them since last year after they broke my 85” inches TV,they never returned my calls,trash customer service,unprofessional and they increased the price as soon as they come into your home. I ended up spending way more money than planned with a broken expensive TV. Stay away from this company!

If I could rate them -0 I would.
Shipping company delays my shipment by a month. Moving from Ohio to Virginia. Was given estimated of 1 week, then shipment has taken 4 weeks without receipt. Never got my receipts. Emails on there site bounce back. They are rude. First set of guys were ok. 2nd set of guys were rude and was trying to drop all my belongings and make them break. Never use them again. I will make sure military personnel not to use them for posing.

Prior to inspecting all my belongings to be moved they immediately insisted on a large increase in space needed and proceeded to pack accordingly. Obvious that target price was the objective. Upon delivery 32 days later with the same size vehicle, more space was available in the same size vehicle and that is in spite of another household's belongs being behind mine.
My belongings were unloaded but not unpacked upon delivery. There were damaged goods and missing belongings for which a claim is being made.

To cap off this horrible experience, the delivery drivers asked if a tip would be considered. Well, perhaps if not for the extended delivery time, being highly over priced and incomplete unpacking upon delivery.

DO NOT USE....will move myself if ever again.

Contracted by Menards to move us from Texas to Arkansas. The pick up went fine. That's what the two stars are for.
Delivery was mediocre at best. Nearly every piece of furniture sustained some damage. From minor scratches to completely in pieces. One bookcase was dropped in our front yard and completely came apart. Another had a hole punched in the back. Three pieces of glass as well as the mirrors were broken in another cabinet indicating mishandling. The base for another cabinet was not only in pieces, most was missing.
Several items never made it. A miter saw, computer printer and several miscellaneous boxes.
The driver would not open the truck and threatened to keep the delivery until I signed the invoice indicating all was delivered in good condition. I indicated I would call the police but the driver made a call to someone and indicated he would leave and the contents were his. 2700 cubic feet. I signed.
I made a claim with Swift after a promise was made to me by the owner that I would be taken care of.
This was in October 2024. I am still waiting.
I do not recommend Menards or Swift.

They carefully packed and moved all my furniture, including my heavy wooden dining table, which they disassembled for easier transport. My delicate plants were safely transported. At the new place, they helped me with a few items I didn’t think would fit and worked quickly to rearrange things until I was happy. Excellent service all around!
