I had a wonderful phone conversation with 3 representatives that were all very helpful. Stag, hands down an amazing dude. He was able to work with me around my work schedule while communicating today and even gave me his personal phone number to communicate and to submit my inventory for me because I wasn’t able to stay on the phone with an inventory representative at the time. He got me a great price and broke everything down so it was easy to understand. I am very excited for my move with this company!

Travis came out to give me the estimate and was great to work with. Kyle & Terry were my moving crew. They were professional, courteous, and worked hard. They packed and moved me in a day. I will definitely use them again!
Mordue did a great job with my move. Cory and Kyle came to my house on a Sunday morning and finished in under 3 hours. Mordue even stored my items for about 3 weeks and never once bothered me about getting my items to me. I moved from Central IL to MO and didn't find an apartment for 3 weeks. Cory and Trent did an excellent job moving all my furniture in and only took about 2 hours. Thanks to all for the great effort.
I didn’t contract my move to Mordue my mover in Springfield IL did without my knowledge. The first time Mordue moved me was exactly one year ago from across states. Dan was my mover and driver and he was great. He packed everything well and did my interstate move efficiently. He did so well I didn’t mind when Mordue movers showed up again to move me one year later.This time the experience was very different. My lead mover didn’t write down my correct phone number, showed up late with 6 people for a 2 bedroom apartment move, and uncharged me almost three times what I was initially quoted for packing services. This was done after the move was complete without letting me know during the move that my final cost for packing was going to be almost three times the initial quoted price. At this point it’s extortion. If the packing service was good then maybe I would have considered it worth the money but it’s not. I had same amount of items to move as one year before and this time there was almost no packing. Items were just thrown into boxes. One silverware tray was just emptied in its entirety into a box and the tray placed on top of the mess. If that’s packing why wouldn’t you just wrap the entire tray with contents sorted inside and place that in the box??I bought the movers lunch and they left the trash in my apartment and I had to throw it out after the move. Not the biggest problem but again shows lack of attention to detail. I feel unjustified in the amount of money I paid for moving and packing and can’t believe I paid so much in tip. It’s just not a good job for the money spent.
