This experience was fantastic. It was easy to select size and dates on when the pod was delivered, moved to new location, and then picked up. All of which was easily done online or a quick call. The driver Tom was very friendly, professional, and knows how to drive that truck. I would recommend and use again should the need arise.
I was a little leery at first -- my initial call to them seemed to be routed through a call center in India, as the woman who helped me had a strong accent -- but the service I got was top-notch. I had to change a few details before delivery, and that process was simple. The pod was delivered when promised, it was scrupulously clean and roomy, and was picked up promptly. The delivery guy (his name was Bob) answered all the questions I had, patiently and politely. I can't say anything about the pickup, as I was at work when that happened, but everything else was just perfect. The service is more spendy than getting a storage unit, but for the convenience? Totally worth it. Highly recommended.
We hadn’t used PODS before, but this time the quote was more affordable than past quotes. We had a great experience, and our little one and I really enjoyed watching them load and unload the POD all four times. All of our drivers were great and friendly. I only know the last one was named Jim. He was super friendly and efficient. I don’t remember the names of the others, but they all did a great job and knew exactly what they were doing. One spot was a townhome with a narrow parking lot and the other was a single-family home. They all did well with both locations. No issues whatsoever. We would use them again.
We had a fantastic experience using pods. We recently moved from a house we lived in for 25 years. We had 25 years of accumulated stuff we had to move. We checked into hiring movers but our budget wouldn't allow it. We decided to use a large pod for a portion of our larger items. Jim was our delivery driver. He brought the empty pod to our house. The delivery was very quick and efficient and the process was quite fascinating to watch. We had 2 weeks to fill the pod from front to back and top to bottom. Jim also picked up the pod after it was loaded and delivered it to the new house. He put it exactly where we asked. We weren't sure what to expect when we opened the door to unload it and we were pleasantly surprised that the load looked exactly like it did when we shut the door. We didn't have anything damaged. Jim also picked up the empty pod in the same quick and efficient manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to be careful while on our property. We would highly recommend using pods as a solution for your moving needs.
