Update- after this company sent me a settlement that is half of the damage cost, they allegedly mailed the check to an incorrect address. The representative on the call shared the settlement did not have a specific unit for the agreement and so they just sent it to the general address. Every correspondence AND the unit you moved us to had the unit. I confirmed with Bailey in your office that the address was accurate. This company continues to exhibit negligence. So Jason- how about you call me. I’ve spoken to your office a dozen times. And it is a dumpster fire trying to speak with anyone that knows what to do. Joe never even reviewed the correspondence I mailed to him. I had to send docs certified mail to him and he acts like he doesn’t know what I am talking about. Please help.I do not recommend All My Son's. I spent 58 minutes on hold today attempting to speak with the individual that was requested to call me back a few days ago. He seems to be away from his desk conveniently when I call. Our West Elm furniture is under a year old and was destroyed in our move Feb 4, 2026. Cody took pictures as soon as it happened yet I am being absolutely ignored by the claims department despite our purchase of insurance from them. Ace at All My Son's told me they would negotiate, determine if my furniture can be repaired, and what the depreciation will be. I explained that I am not interested in a negotiation as they irrepairably damaged my furniture. I have completed their claim form, submitted pictures, and tried to speak for days now with the claims individual. We will never use this company again because of how we are being treated right now.
You won't get my business on my move in 6 months and I'll make sure to spread the word. Make things right the first time.Claim Payment Dispute:Waiting on a call back. Three hours later and still no call. It looks like customer satisfaction is taken seriously. I'll talk to a few lawyers and see what can be done.After Claim:$430 with of property was damaged. The company wants to reimburse $265 after taking a $175 insurance fee. That sounds a bit off.So, basically: don't pay for the insurance and you might break even.Day After Move:A few items were left at the house and I wanti notified. Three items were broken in the move. One item was reimbursed over the time of the move and two items I'll need to file a claim for and have to wait a period of time to have replacements.I was very clear on how I wanted the office desk wrapped up. There's a lot of work to get things back in a working state. One of the broken items was for the desk. Had I not been so explicit on the need for the desk to be on working order for me to work tomorrow, it wouldn't matter so much. The office speakers are just sad.A number of boxes have also been found face down.Day of Move:The personal seemed nice and got things finished pretty quickly. One of the personnel broke a hanging light and covered the cost personally.
Beyond disappointed with this company. I paid about $1.7K for them to barely move anything! They literally only moved out two bedroom closets, 36in flat TV, TV stand, and two cabinets that weigh nothing. My wife and her mother finished the entire kitchen before they were done with the closets!! My closet was half done already too. I even moved out all the heavy furniture in 4hrs alone!!! The picture is half the things they didn't pack up. My wife was so fed up seeing how slow they moved and chatty they were that it looked like this is how the company makes their money by hiring people who do not care with no hustle. Plus while already automatically charging a set 3hr prior to starting because of how much they have to travel to get to me, go to the new home which is 5mins away, and back to their office. My wife's mother became upset how one of the workers washed their hands and left dirt stains on the sink and the hand towels. Ya, thanks for adding time to make us clean it again! I did request boxes and supplies for my kitchen to be packed. Again, kitchen was done by my wife and her mother. For my TV and clothes, I got charged $250 extra from supply usage. That angered me even more cause only 4 boxes packed up. Never calling them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!
Thank you to Ross, Anthony W and Ben A from All My Son’s for carefully and quickly moving all my stuff. They were incredibly patient with me as my morning was super hectic and a mess. I had large items that needed to be moved by the end of the week and they were out to my house within 48 hours from my virtual quote call. They were careful, quick and kind!
Cody and crew did an excellent job moving us across town into a new home. They worked hard for 6+ hours with minimal breaks. Everything was expertly packed, loaded and delivered. Furniture was carefully broken down and reassembled when necessary. Everything was put in its place at the new house. In addition, the office and the crew made sure we were satisfied before taking payment. We’ve done quite a few moves and this was one of the best! Highly recommend!
