Came home to find this company delivering to my nabour. Blocking my drive way with truck and trailer while another company vehicle was parked opposite side in a fire lane. I asked them to move there vehicles and they got hostile with me. Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Criminal workmanship.
To begin, my Samsung TV was not in a protective box, it was only shrink-wrapped! This company dropped my 57 inch Samsung TV and damaged it to the point that watching the TV has large black circles and vertical lines across the screen. I filed a small claims order addressed to Mr. Latart and he did not pick up the file, and sent the certified envelope back. I had wittnesses, addrssess , phone numbers and an account of what they witnessed.and photos of the damage and the account of COX VERIFYING THE DAMAGE The scheduler denied the the damage(s) and said I dropped the TV. I am 74 years old and could not move the TV. Also, my neighbor next door let Method Movers in to mount the TV, but I did not see the damage until I came home from work and turned the T.V. on. Also, my armoire was nicked in 4 places. If you use this company be sure to take pictures before and after and watch them mount the TV and turn the TV on to make sure it is not damaged. I would not recommend this dishonest company.
