I used these guys for a very small move. The owner is very nice and he was pleasant to deal with. However the two guys arrived and I had everything nice and prepared it was a simple pick up and drop off job. I explained to them they had been kind of taking their time and I was carrying everything on my own and their boss called to acknowledge the message I sent . The guys name was KV he started to argue with me about messaging his boss and threatened to leave all my things outside if I didn’t like the way he worked. He also refused to let me e-transfer and forced me to go to the bank leaving my things and apartment unattended. I felt extremely uncomfortable and told him how it was very unprofessional to speak to a client this way. I didn’t feel good during the entire transaction and if I’m going to hire someone to move my things I don’t expect to be doing all the work. Next time I will hire someone who has more respectful hardworking movers or just rent a U-Haul since I did 80% of the work anyways. Lesson learned! The owner was good to me throughout and apologized on their behalf and didn’t charge me the extra half hour it took them.

Harry and his staff arrived prepared, professional and worked extremely efficiently and quickly. I was highly stressed due to a short notice move to another city.
