My experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious safety concerns.The installers failed to follow the instructions clearly outlined in the manufacturer's (LG) manuals, specifically:* removing the packing foam before carrying the appliance down several steps,* properly leveling the washer,* adhering to basic installation procedures.They also gave advice that contradicted that of professional plumbers, for example, suggesting cutting a drain hose with a utility knife—which is strongly discouraged.When asked if they had a level to adjust the machine, the response was: *“I never carry one with me, no need, these machines level themselves,”* which is untrue.For the second delivery, a very young employee (16 years old) came alone to install the appliance and didn't even know how to turn the water supply on or off.In short: if you use this company, I strongly recommend having the installation checked by a professional after they've finished to avoid appliance damage or, worse, water damage.

It's impossible to reach them: the phone rings, the office is closed...It's unacceptable to waste time and leave customers without news or a solution in the middle of a move. They guaranteed I was on their schedule. On the morning of the move, no one came and they didn't answer my calls. It was impossible to reach them.
I contacted JCL Moving for a piano move. I warned the landlord that my house was difficult to find. I even drove him there so he could locate my address. I was being considerate, but I didn't anticipate him arriving with a 45-foot truck full of someone else's belongings. The landlord made me feel guilty for not telling him where I lived. The way he spoke, it was my fault. I felt terrible. I am a customer. I pay for a service, and YOU need to consider the technical aspects. Your attitude toward me was unacceptable. I hope this message will serve as a lesson for you in the future.
I would not hire this company. They damaged the house without taking responsibility.
