Excellent communication before and during the move. Eduardo, Xavier, Cesar, Jacob and Froylan were all very pleasant, quick and professional on the day. Finished earlier than planned and for lower cost than estimated, even with making an extra stop. Only a few small bits of damage, and company was in touch the day after about refunding any costs due to the damage. Would use them again and recommend them highly.
I highly recommend Gentle Giant as a fantastic moving company. They moved things quickly - but with great care - not only on the front side of the move but on the back side. The movers were also very kind and thoughtful individuals. They were especially careful with a number of pictures that I had that all arrived in perfect shape! Another plus was the thoughtful interactions I had with the schedulers in setting all this up - and the updates on when they were scheduled to arrive to pickup and deliver. Moving is stressful enough but Gentle Giant made this a lot easier - and more peaceful. Awesome crew!
It was such a pleasure working with Gentle Giant Moving Company on a big outdoor festival in San Francisco. They were professional, hospitable and hard working to ensure that the event went smoothly from the moment they picked up equipment to setting it up day of and finally to breaking it all down. There were a lot of moving parts and details to this event and they partnered with me and my event planning team, BB Events, with enthusiasm, great care and attention to detail. Dominic, Ray, and Pratek were amazing. These guys were super nice and went the extra mile to make sure all our belongings were safe and secure. They had great communication about which items needed to go and where to put things. Super professional all around and fun to work with. They have extra boxes and tape in case you run out which was really handy. Also can we talk about how strong they are?? Great team, really efficient, would recommend!
This is the second move (in ten years) that we've chosen Gentle Giant and couldn't be happier. Move coordinators, Dominique and Matthew, were easy to work with to make the arrangements and were instrumental in helping us change moving dates. The crew leaders, Matthew Gibb and Rayshawn Ward, did an excellent job ensuring that all of our furniture and belongings were loaded efficiently and arrived safely. The crews including William Meyer, Isaiah Brook, James Newton, Eduardo Melendez and Kenzo Hafoke were personable, helpful - and didn't let us move anything.If we move again - and I hope to GOD we don't - Gentle Giant would be my first call.
