Had a great experience with Northstar moving! I moved from California to Texas for just above $3K (including packing services). Lorena Alejos was incredibly helpful from the initial video quote to answering questions online regarding pricing, what to expect, and scheduling truck departure and arrival. I had to schedule the moving / pickup for 3 weeks in advance to ensure it made a tight arrival window but sure enough, the truck came on the first day (@8-10 am) of the range of days Northstar provided. Alejandra ensured the payment was processed correctly (first amount paid in person at pickup and second online) which was a huge help. When the truck arrived, we were blown away by the quality and service of Rob and Evan from the Roundrock facility. They were in and out within 1-2 hours with all items accounted for and no significant noticeable damage. Would definitely recommend this company!
Isael and the guys were great!! So fast, communicative, and thoughtful. They left a few things out for us that we didn’t think of, like toilet paper and hand soap. Miguel, Eric and Jose were awesome. They took care of our stuff, even agreed to moved plants when they normally don’t. They took care of our floors, covered them up not to scratch them. Super diligent and friendly people. You guys rock. NorthStar was also very professional in scheduling and checking in!
We had another great experience with North Star Moving company. They arrived on time and even called 10 minutes before they got here letting us know. Alejandro, Ruben, and Angel did an amazing job and we're super nice and quick and thorough. They were gentle with everything and packed everything perfectly. Everything arrived and was unloaded and put where we wanted it with no trouble whatsoever! They did a great job and moved an entire house worth of stuff better than we could have expected. I 100% recommend them for anyone looking for movers. You will not be disappointed!!!
