Recent reviews frequently mention courteous crews who work efficiently and keep moves on schedule, especially when teams communicate clearly before arrival. Positive comments highlight careful handling and organized loading. Critical feedback points to occasional delays, crew shortages versus what was scheduled, and concerns about item protection on some jobs. Pricing clarity and expectations around wrapping and timing appear to be recurring themes in both positive and negative reviews.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Savannah Managers Patrick and George in addition to the moving crew (Wahid, Herbert, Mike) lacked professionalism, respect, and empathy. The moving crew also lacked basic personal hygiene and STUNK horribly.

This experience was the MOST STRESSFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever encountered in over ten years of active duty military service (and several household moves). I booked the move over a month in advance for packing and moving of my household items. I am active duty and transferring on orders to an out of country, unaccompanied assignment. I chose to organize my own packing, moving and storage, because I wanted my items stored in a climate controlled environment as opposed to what the government offered for storage.

George spent several minutes of my time confirming the pack/move a few days before the scheduled date. I was told I was scheduled in the afternoon ("around 12-1pm"), and they had one client before me that morning. The day of the move I didn't hear from the crew until around 3:30, and they arrived at 4pm.

We spent time performing a walk through of the home and outdoor storage building. After the walk through Wahid stated the truck was too small and they didn't bring ANY packing materials! The crew, along with "manager" Patrick wasted the next one hour trying to figure out what to do about my move. There was ZERO empathy from Patrick. I even explained that I was active duty and moving on orders (thus adhering to a strict timeline). Patrick even tried to blame the situation on me stating that he couldn't move me that afternoon, because I said I wanted to get some rest that night and not perform an all nighter with the crew! Wahid took advantage of the situation by stating he (along with friends) could move me the following day for a fraction of the cost. I was desperate and agreed. The next morning Wahid texted me at 7:30am and cancelled the move! In a state of desperation I reached out to Patrick AGAIN and gave him ANOTHER chance to move me that day. He said give him "30 minutes to figure something out." Patrick called back an hour later stating he would "refund my deposit since he couldn't figure out a way to pack and move me at all." ...but you booked this event over a month ago and confirmed with me several times!

In the end I couldn't be more thankful for All My Sons unreliability. After reading some of the most recent awful reviews I'm grateful I didn't entrust my belongings with their unqualified moving staff. I ended up hiring the BEST Movers In Georgia..."AP'S IN & OUT Movers." Hands down the absolute best.

Chance, Tyler, and Anthony was great, I had a great experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. The team was professional, efficient, and worked fast while still handling everything with care. They made the entire move smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

From the start this move was a mess. The person on the phone was very nice, she said we’d have 3 people moving us (since we’d be moving to the 3rd floor, 3 people were required), and that they’d be showing up sometime around 12-3pm. The day of, we wait for them to show up, it’s past 3. I call the movers (who were very nice and I feel bad they had to go through this mess), who say they’d be here around 4-5pm, and that there were only going to be 2 of them. 5pm passes, and I call the movers again. Apparently the main office was supposed to call and let me know about the delay, but now they’d be showing up at 6pm, after it’s already dark out.

Well, the movers get here and are very pleasant and nice, but by the time they have everything out of my previous apartment and then back into my new apartment (very close) it’s after midnight. I’m exhausted but can’t go to bed or make food because everything was still coming in in boxes. Again, I do not blame the movers (the two who came) but the scheduling was far from great, and I had to call them several times to understand what was going on.

I also found there were some scuffs on my furniture.

However! I had someone from All My Sons reach out to me and apologized for the issues I had, and I also received a partial refund for the move. Customer service was great and the person on the phone was very nice.

I’m mighty grateful for having come in contact with the staff of All My Sons on yesterday. From the initial call to the end of my moving things into storage, the experience was nothing less than phenomenal! The two men who moved me, Isaiah and Mekhi were very professional, kind, and helpful! They We are very organized and careful with the placement of my furniture and the movement of it. Even when placing the furniture in storage, it was placed so neatly in an organized manner, which Makes it easy for me accessing almost anything I would need to access within the storage. I greatly appreciate the service. Your professionalism, took away the stress I was enduring and made my moving much easier than I thought it would be, especially having to do it alone/by myself as an elderly person. It was very stressful at first, and I just want to say thank you for your service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst moving experience I have ever had and I have moved many times with the military. The pictures they advetise show, and I was told that they blanket all of the furniture. That was not true. Some items were partially blanketed so anything not covered was scratched. Upholstered tops of a reclining sofa were put on the truck and were not wrapped and they were delivered with grease on them. Wooden table leafs chairs were moved and not blanketed. Upon walls were not protected from damage as they advertise and delivery personnel said they did not have any on the truck.
