We used two men and a truck for a local move from one home to another. Pre move communication was seamless and we thought the quote was reasonable. The day of the move the office communicated that they may be slightly later than the previous arrival window. Nick and Noah arrived first and were both very professional and took us through the initial paperwork quickly. They were very respectful of our belongings and worked quickly but carefully. Josh arrived soon to help with the move and was also professional. We were very pleased with the service offered by Two Men and a Truck and would use them again .
I unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to poor communication and coordination from Two Men and a Truck. During my initial planning discussions with a representative, I was provided with a quote and outlined logistics for the move, including an approximate arrival time for moving day.On the day of the move, I reached out to confirm the movers’ arrival time. After multiple attempts to obtain a clear answer, I was informed that my move had been rescheduled to occur over multiple days rather than the originally agreed-upon single day. While the company did attempt to revert to the original one day plan after the issue was raised, the revised proposal was not realistic. It would have resulted in a finish time around 10 pm and required the movers to carry my belongings up more than 10 flights of stairs, which was not a practical or reasonable solution.My move was particularly complex, involving multiple stops and coordination with different buildings to reserve elevators and loading docks. Due to the last-minute changes and shifting plans, I spent an entire day going back and forth with various parties attempting to accommodate the evolving schedule. Ultimately, I had to take additional time off work to complete the move on another day.On a positive note, the two movers who completed my relocation performed their work professionally and efficiently. They handled my belongings with care, which is why I'm bumping my rating up to two-stars.
We’ve used Two Men and A Truck several times over the past 20 years. By far, Greg and RJ were the best team. They arrived on time, took their time protecting our furniture - everything arrived in perfect condition and was set up with a few tweaks to location within the house. They were extremely professional and personable, easing a stressful day. Highly recommend!!
From the first phone call with Bettina, I experienced exemplary customer service. I had not yet completed the purchase of the item I needed to have moved, so she was more than happy to schedule options for me in advance. Remarkable. When the move was confirmed, the driver, Greg, called to confirm times. It was a bit later than anticipated yet Greg's response was, "No problem". Remarkable. They picked up the item on time, called to let me know their ETA to deliver and arrived right on time. They were friendly, professional, meticulous and kind! The fact that Bettina was with the crew to handle the paperwork made me feel like this move was as important to them as it was for me. Working with professionals that possess an attitude and ethic of "We can do that" is remarkably refreshing! This team is worth a million stars!!! Thank you so much!
