They were fast, careful, and incredibly personable throughout the entire process. It made everything smooth and stress-free. Lionel the driver hired the crew and sent them to the wrong location. 10 am he was at the house, crew arrived at 4:19 pm and unloaded two things and left for safety reasons because the truck was dark

Chris Gonzales was point of contact if anything went wrong and did not answer 5 phone calls and only called at the end of the day with an attitude.

Martez Phelps said another crew is coming we will get the job done as promised but the second crew did not show up until the next day

I paid the crew $300 since they said Lionel was not going to pay them. Mr. Phelps said he would reimburse me this amount and offered to put my family up in a hotel that night. (we did not accept the hotel since we have two dogs)

Window of delivery was Thurs/Sat...they delivered and unloaded Sunday.
As a gesture of kindness they did take the boxes that were empty.

United is sending me a check for $100 since the job was outside the timeframe. The totals jobs was $8,767 (approx) and I got $100 back.

Was told I should have hired a 3rd party to disassemble items and reassemble them.

I told Mr. Phelps I would not write a review if refunds were made. After many attempts to contact him and no answer or reply I decided to write the review since again the terms were not met.

Our experience with Armstrong Moving Company out of San Antonio was extremely disappointing. During our recent relocation from Texas to North Carolina, they caused extensive damage to multiple pieces of our furniture. I understand that with a cross-country move, a scratch or minor issue can happen—but what we experienced went far beyond that. Several items were destroyed, not just slightly damaged.

Before the move, they suggested we purchase their travel insurance, which I declined. That being said, I should still be able to expect my belongings to be handled with care and arrive without significant destruction. Instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown for our property.

I would not recommend Armstrong Moving Company to anyone looking for a reliable mover. The amount of damage and lack of accountability was unacceptable.

Armstrong Relocation United Van Lines both in Atlanta for the pick up and San Antonio for the delivery was top notch in every way. The driver, Tim, managed both crews and he was definitely a true professional. The crews - three additional people at each location, worked very hard and made things as easy as possible for us. We are very pleased and while we are still unpacking boxes, so far nothing is damaged (we did our own packing). The communications with the move coordinator Terri Hardi were prompt and as frequent as necessary. We also want to give a shout-out to the estimator, Rob, who made us confident in our decision to pick this company for our relocation.
