Last summer, I moved from Kirkland, WA, all the way to Westfield, IN, and I went with Airus Movers. Honestly, when I first got their quote, it seemed surprisingly low - especially compared to some of these big van lines where your stuff is mixed in with other people’s. I wanted my belongings loaded in front of me and unloaded in front of me, so Airus seemed like a great fit.I was in touch with Ali from their team, and he was super helpful walked me through everything, gave me all the info on quotes and insurance, and was quick to kick off the whole process. They offered a full white-glove service - their team came in, packed up all my stuff, brought all the materials (bubble wrap, boxes, you name it), and handled everything with care.In about four days, they packed, drove the truck all the way to Indiana, and unpacked it all for me. Not a single item was damaged. They even organized little packets with all the furniture screws - everything was super organized. The packers and unpackers were both fantastic. Honestly, they went above and beyond. If you’re planning a move - especially cross-state - I can’t recommend Airus Movers enough. They really did an awesome job!

We used this moving company on 11/14, and while they showed up on time, and worked hard. The experience was frustrating and disappointing overall. During the move, they scratched our trash can, broke our curtain holder, and scratched our table—and the worst part is that they didn’t say anything about any of it. We only discovered the damage afterward.Accidents can happen, but the lack of honesty and communication is unacceptable. Because of the damage and the way it was handled, I can’t recommend this company. 2/5.
