I had a great experience with the moving crew today. Noah, Carlos, Chris, and Kem were all very helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire move. They worked quickly and efficiently while still being careful with my belongings, which I really appreciated.Kem, who I believe was the lead mover, did a great job coordinating everything and making sure the process stayed organized. The whole team offered help whenever needed and maintained a respectful, positive attitude the entire time.Moving can be stressful, but these four made the process much smoother. I’m very grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend this crew to anyone needing reliable movers.
Had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck. Mason was incredibly personable when booking my appointment and was so transparent about pricing. The movers (Zeb and Noah Perry) were delightful. They were such good sports about just moving a single piece of furniture around a tight corner in our stairwell. They were on time, friendly, and were exceptionally careful with making sure neither the furniture nor the house was damaged. Absolutely would work with Two Men and specifically request Zeb and Perry again!
****5 stars only for visibility*******Movers showed up to move 6 items the largest being a couch and coffee table without basic tools. I had to leave and get my own drill so they could remove the couch feet. One mover used my bathroom without asking while the door was closed and valuables were inside. At the new house, they broke my chandelier while bringing the couch upstairs — we heard the crash. They left without cleaning the broken glass off the stairs. I have 4 dogs in the home; one could have been seriously injured.I hired movers to make this easier as a disabled Marine Corps veteran. Instead, they created more work and a safety hazard.Upon talking to the operations manager Adam Bradshaw, he offered no compensation or apology for the incident that occurred.Update.Upon calling back the number that was provided it lead back to the main office, I was led back to Adam Bradshaw. Who refused to help me any further. When I asked for corporate’s number, he said he was not able to give it out but I could look it up**UpdateI called the corporate office who also refused to helpI’ve made a charge back on my bank. I tried several times to de escalate the situation with numerous people in the company. It’s sad they treat people this way and sad they treated a veteran this wayVets and service members please bewareWe’re under enough stress alreadyDon’t let this company add to itSemper FiOorah!
I've never used a moving company before. Normally I'd rent a truck and family and friends would help. I'm so glad I was able to find Two Men and a Truck moving company. This was a very emotional and stressful situation since my Mom passed away in January. Kyle and Jamie were great. They called and let me know when they were on their way. It was snowing yet again but they kept contact with me. There were two places for things to get delivered. Everything was delivered with no problem everything was intact. The price was really reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again. Thank you for making it less stressful and being professional. Sincerely Elizabeth Lopez Morales.
The four incredible gentlemen that moved my belongings from one house to the next were FANTASTIC! I cannot give them enough praise. They were courteous, super- efficient, friendly, sweet and genuinely cared about my moving experience. They worked SO HARD and always had a smile on their faces. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. My friend snapped this photo because we were in awe by their packing expertise. The man in charge was a love! Lois Donato
