I spoke with a representative named Angel, who identified herself as the owner, to arrange a move. She requested a deposit of over 500 dollars by phone before providing any written service agreement. She stated that the contract, including terms, conditions, and the inventory form, would follow afterward. Because I was out of state and a snowstorm in Minnesota disrupted my travel plans, I informed her that I needed to cancel.When I later requested a refund, Angel stated that the deposit was nonrefundable. This was never disclosed during the initial call. Although the company claims all calls are recorded for quality assurance, Angel has not provided any recording or transcript showing that she communicated nonrefundable terms before taking payment. The deposit was paid on 12/19/25, while the actual contract was not signed until 12/27/25. Therefore, there was no way for me to know the terms at the time of payment.I also spoke with a man who identified himself as a manager and said he would review the situation and contact me the next day, but he never followed up. Additionally, Angel’s tone and behavior toward me felt discriminatory and dismissive, which raised serious concerns about how customers of color may be treated.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others, especially nonwhite customers, to avoid this company. As you can see from the photos, she took payment from me at 3:50pm on 12/19 and had me sign the contract on 12/27. This is my caveat to potential clients
Maurice and Jonathan were incredibly helpful and efficient. I hate moving but we enjoyed our time with them. Angel, the customer service person was fabulous as well. I highly recommend Premium Moving Services.
My 3 man crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. The lift for the truck ended up having issues but that didn't slow them down or charge their attitudes. I highly recommend this service. Y'all should share that playlist!
I just opened my first “fragiles” box … many boxes to go but I’m already upset. Maurice and Jamie were hard workers, but for $2,500 , I did not expect this. More after I unbox the rest…Well, it’s a week after my move and the damage total almost equaled the cost of the move. 2 bakers racks were bent beyond saving, 2 vintage dining chairs cracked, and upholstered chest was stained by something in the truck.Chester’s response was that because they didn’t pack all the broken items, they were not responsible, and yet all my dishes and crystal that I packed and labeled arrived safely.The bedpost broken off my bed frame could not be glued back on as was suggested, so this move was a very expensive mistake I made in hiring this company.
I choose Premium Moving Services to remove old cubicles and desks from our office because of the great reviews they received. I now understand why they received great ratings. I was impressed that I could make a phone call and set up the project. I spoke with Chester who was great to work with. Daniel and Dan did the onsite work. Daniel called me a couple times to keep me informed of their arrival. They did excellent work and were very personable. I would highly commend their work.
