R n R saved my butt when I ordered PODS and later found out the weight limit is super low so they can up charge you. R n R estimated my move nearly to the cubic foot which was way more than what P did. Thankfully because I would have been in another bind to get a 3rd 16ft container somehow. R n R was extremely competitive. The set up process was easy. The driver of the rig was excellent. He called me ahead of time to confirm and kept me informed. He supervised the packing, was very informative and friendly. Having someone move your stuff 1400 miles is stressful but the driver made me feel at ease. Thanks yall for making my move affordable, safe and a pleasure.
R&R was Great to deal with. Paul came out and gave me an estimate and they actually charged me less than the estimate, which you never hear of in any industry. The moving crew were awesome, They were on time got the job done quickly and made sure all of our stuff was taken care of. would definitly recommend to anyone looking to move.
Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again.There were unexpected changes to payment amounts on moving day, storage charges that did not reflect the final inventory, scheduling issues, and damage to multiple items. The repair process took over two months to resolve and required consistent follow-up.Overall, the process was far more stressful than it should have been. I recommend proceeding with caution and ensuring every detail is clearly documented before hiring.
We have used R&R multiple times over the years, including this past week. They are not a national mover and I made my reservation and got an estimate with Paul, the owner. The guys that came out were friendly and I knew them from past moves. They moved a refrigerator and a very heavy armoire from our upstairs home along with all other furniture and boxes and got my parents settled into a beautiful assisted living facility. They knew that facility well and were so helpful and accommodating to all of us as they got them settled in. Thank you!
