I was told one thing upon booking my pod, which was my deciding factor in booking. Turns out the representative didn’t check permits even after saying he did. Ended up being a nightmare for me and PODS did nothing to help, nor responded to me anymore. Now I’m going through an attorney and the BBB. Would not recommend nor would ever use

The pod service was a wonderful choice. James Whitfield was a gentleman who delivered my pod and picked it up. He was a delight to work with, very professional. He got the job done. I hope that Pods has more employees just like James.

This move was way less stressful than the one in which I used a traditional long distance moving company, as none of my belongings were damaged. The drivers I met, whom delivered the empty pod initially, and delivered full pod/final pickup were courteous, knowledgeable, and were awesome at maneuvering the pod.
Only negatives would be there were not an abundance of ratchet strap attachments, and they were at inconsistent intervals as if some were missing, and that I wish the timing of the last two appointments were later in the day and not at 7AM, as I have apartment complex neighbors to consider. (I did request the last appointment for after this time, but it wasn't granted.)
Overall went smoothly and would recommend.
