To start on the day of the move I get told about a starve that wasn’t mentioned before and that had to be paid in cash. Thankfully after calling the office that was waived due to their oversight.

Onto the move they got the job done, but the lack of care is highly disappointing. There was a lack of professionalism as I got attitude about things outside from one of the guys. Ultimately I have learned my lesson and will not be using them again.

Revising to give them credit for addressing my issues and at least making an effort to correct the situation.
