If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. You'll notice they have spectacular reviews from people in another country. Do not fall for it. They give you an estimate...you tell them EXACTLY what you have...then they say nah...it is too much and we're charging you more, but not until the day of your scheduled move. All while telling you the two guys they sent to you have "been doing this for a long time". Their drivers don't speak English and they'll send two to pick up your things. These guys had freaking dress shoes on to liad a freaking truck. And then they'll send ONE to unload your things. Your things may or may not be mixed with someone else's things. If we weren't honest, we could've just taken the other guys things and there was nothing that could've been done. The driver DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU SPEAK 12 LANGUAGES. IF YOU'RE HERE AND EMPLOYED BY A DAMN MOVING COMPANY....I SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU WITHOUT GOOGLE TRANSLATE!!
This was my first experience with a professional moving service. John was referred to me by a good friend. I made a call and scheduled a my move then John and his team showed up right on time. This team does not mess around, once I showed them what needed to be moved, they quickly emptied my home in half the time I thought it would take. I will definitely use them again when needed.
