Lance and his crew just left my home in Northeast Wichita. Those five individuals were the most caring and sincere when it came to each piece of our equipment. They insured that everything was loaded properly and correctly to ensure that our move would go without a problem I really want to thank these individuals from the bottom of my heart they know who they are, and I couldn’t have done it without them.
Lance, Quetin, AJ and Robert were absolute ANGELS today. After an incredibly difficult international move where everything that could go wrong did go wrong it was such a relief to have four willing guys arrive with smiles come and help me unpack and haul the packing materials away. They assembled a bed, moved heavy furniture, unpacked and hauled a mountain of packing materials away afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ll be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing general labor or moving related things. Terrific service! Oh I should also mention they booked me at short notice too and the lady who handled the bookings could not have been nicer or more efficient. Thank you all! You’ll be seeing me again.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. Very disappointed this company wasted my afternoon. I had an appointment time set for 2pm-4:45pm. I received email confirmations that everything was set. Here we are the day of my move. I received 3 calls at 1:43, 1:44, and 1:48 from Lance (the name I can make it in the voicemail) saying they would be about an hour and a half late but would definitely still be here. As I write this review it has well over 2 hours since they called and now my day is wasted and I have to start looking for another mover.Update...Moments after I posted the first part of the review I received a call from Lance. I informed him I was not pleased with the way things were scheduled but it wasn't his fault. So to make a long story short, the hunks show up right about 5 already warn out from thier previous move to find I had underestimated my move. We had everything packed but we have a lot of books. Those poor guys carried about a dozen storage totes from my basement. It wasn't easy work but they powered through and got the job done in the quoted time. So, thank you Lance for making it happen.
OMG! These guys were absolutely phenomenal and very reasonably priced for the service thatthey provided! I had a storage unit that was a complete mess! They were so patient and very kind and considerate while I sorted through things as they pulled out items and boxes. They removed everything that I needed removed and worked very quickly and efficiently while maintaining their professionalism and diligence. I highly, very highly recommend this company!
