Personnel were very polite and efficient. A few glass items packed on their side in the bottom layer of a dish pack were found broken upon unpacking. A few items received abrasions that marred the surface finish because they were not in boxes and were not COMPLETELY AND THOROUGHLY wrapped in padded blankets. And a few items not tagged were loaded but were lost and not unloaded at the destination.

I recommend ensuring glass and fragile items are well padded and packed in boxes NOT on their sides, and also, every single individual item is tagged so it is not lost and it is traceable if not found at destination after unloading.
