Never use this company. Communication and customer service is horrible. They lie and every time you talk to someone in customer service you get told something different. They change dates and times on you constantly while not notifying you. And are charging for the days it will be here past the original date due to issues on their end. Ruined our move and holidays.

Working with this company has caused a huge headaches and endless frustration. They keep charging my credit card $254.00 every month, even though I’ve been begging them to pick up their storage container.

They’ve promised me over and over that I’m on the schedule for pickup, yet no one ever shows up. Every time I call to inquire why the container was not picked up, I receive the same empty promise: "Someone will contact you." No one ever does!

I’ve spoken to customer service multiple times, including the local store in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and still, the container is sitting in my driveway. At this point, it honestly feels like they’re doing this on purpose just to keep charging my credit card.

This company clearly does not value its customers—no communication, no follow-up, no accountability, and no solution.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! They've missed a delivery and failed to provide the moving blankets we requested and paid for. They do no accept responsibility for any of it and no attempts to make it right! I had to spend 3x as much money to buy moving blankets (very hard to find a day before you need them!). They also missed the 4-7 delivery window THEY PROMISED several times. We had to rearrange our unload movers and reschedule ALL of our remaining POD deliveries. WOULD NOT recommend this company AT ALL. HUGE headache.
