The worst part? The mover they eventually sent was not even licensed. I checked the FMCSA database after my stuff was damaged, and the carrier they used had multiple complaints and suspended authority. Best Long Distance Moving doesn't vet anyone—they just collect their commission and disappear.

They took my deposit and then ghosted me for two weeks. When I finally reached someone, they said they were "looking for a carrier in my area." Translation: they couldn't find a mover cheap enough to make their profit margin, so they just sat on my money. I had to book someone else last minute and lost my deposit.

Saw their ad on Google promising "affordable long distance moving." Got a quote for $3,200. Day of the move, a truck with Florida plates shows up with guys who barely spoke English. They claimed my items were more volume than I declared and demanded another $2,000 in cash. Their contract says they're a broker, but nowhere on their website does it mention that. Deceptive.

It's been a terrible experience, the customer service em was extremely rude, they will upcharge you and tell you the price you were charged was an estimate. The movers were lazy, they hardly packed, we even gave them extra money to take the rest of our stuff but they still take everything. I expected more professionalism and care for the price I paid. Stay away from this company. Trying to save pennies will cost you way more in the end. I wouldn't recommend Best Long Distance Moving to my worst enemy!

I recently packed up and moved all the way to Colorado Springs. The customer service and knowledge from the team was incredible. None of my items were damaged and every process of this was seamless. It sucks to leave home but happy that the transition was smooth thanks to these workers!
