Bench Condominiums is a 72-unit community built in the early 1970s, and by 2026 our buildings were in serious need of attention. The exterior paint was peeling, cracking, and visibly aging after more than two decades without a full repaint. Our HOA selected Boise Paints for this major restoration project, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, Boise Paints demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Their team conducted a thorough on-site review, identified areas of concern, and clearly explained how each issue would be addressed. They committed to a six-week project timeline and impressively completed the work in five. The prep work was meticulous, and the finish work was truly top-tier. We chose a multi-color scheme to move the property away from its dated “school dorm/army barracks” appearance, and the transformation has been remarkable. The new palette brings life, warmth, and character to the entire complex. Both the HOA and the residents are extremely pleased with the results and with the partnership we formed with Boise Paints. Their communication, craftsmanship, and efficiency made this a smooth and successful project from start to finish. Collin and his team did an excellent job! I’m very pleased with how the exterior turned out! I got three bids and theirs was detailed, thorough and fair. Collin managed the process and checked in frequently. I highly recommend them! Posting a photo but need to add that I ordered a new garage door that’s not arrived yet so they didn’t paint my old one.

They took the time to thoroughly scrape, prime, and caulk before painting, and still managed to complete everything in just two days.
