He is very meticulous and made sure the job was done well. He communicated well and was always there when he said he would be. He earned my trust with great communication, not trying to paint too soon after rain, and noticing things before I did that needed to be addressed. Thank you, Lucas, for a high quality job! Lucas painted our house 18 years ago and we were delighted with the job. When we needed some siding repairs (on a very challenging roof) we were happy to find that he did this sort of work. He responded immediately and came out to give us an estimate. The work was done soon - he kept us up to date with pics and video as he proceeded. The work exceeded our expectations. We also had him clean our gutters and pressure wash our whole house while he was here. Great work, dependable and pleasant. We recommend him highly.
