What a great experience we had with Gonzales painting, it was easy to schedule our quote, talk to a rep about the quote and eventually schedule the painters to come perform the work. Due to some family reasons we had to reschedule the day for the job, they were extremely accommodating. Today they finished our house and wow, what an incredible job they did! We definitely plan to use them again in the future!
Gonzalez Painting was my second and final choice .A sales representative named Jason came to my house to give me an estimate. He was warm and friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The paint crew came out and did an awesome job. They saw things that needed repairing to compliment the paint job and did it. They asked me how I felt about certain things before they painted them. They were careful with the furniture and items around my property which I appreciate. My neighbor referred them to me and now I am referring them to anyone who needs a paint job. I am grateful, satisfied and overjoyed!
Please do not use this company. We asked for a paint that would be easy to clean in high traffic areas such as the kitchen, hallway, etc. A few months after the paint was put on the wall, we realized that we couldn’t wipe a fingerprint with a towel and not rub away the paint down to the brown underneath. We realized that nothing could be wiped and any and all stains would stay on the walls. They used a paint that cannot be wiped. When I spoke to the manager he was rude, kept telling me that this is normal wear and tear and “he doesn’t know what I do in my house” etc. He said the owner doesn’t speak to customers because “that’s not how it works” and compared it to calling Walmart and asking to speak to the CEO. We spent thousands of dollars. Thousands. We often leave glowing reviews for companies we love and this is the first time I’ve had to do this. RUN AWAY! Do not trust this company. I’ve never had a ruder person speak to me on the phone. And they basically told me they will do nothing but touch up the few spots we have now. I literally could feel my blood pressure going up talking to the rude, arrogant man who told me I was “hostile”. The painter who touched up said “this should have been a semigloss paint.” Yes. Horrible owners and managers with a horrible business!

From the initial estimate, to the arrival of the painters. Everything went great. They were on time. Did everything thing they said they would. The final job was absolutely beautiful. Our home looks brand new. Special thanks to the two gentlemen that did the work. They answered all our questions and were very polite. I highly recommend this company.
