I was very happy with his quote and how much work went in to fixing the necessary issues. The crew, led by Mardo, was great. Did a phenomenal job fixing and painting. Its like a new house! We had multiple quotes but went with Rodriguez and we are very happy! The quote included a lot of repair work that needed to be done so it was higher than the other quotes but we liked that they identified all the issues beforehand and we knew what we were getting in to. They came out and repaired all the places they identified as needing repair and did the paint job which included our whole house exterior and a large metal building. We were very happy with the work they did. We even pivoted on a couple of colors in some places and they adjusted with no complaints or issues!

Exterior was painted due to fading color, roof dormers were renovated due to decaying wood, wooden transition strips were replaced with Hardie Plank, and gutter cleaning along with pressure washing was included. Discount was provided! Scheduling was flexible. The results were amazing and reflected the services requested! Compliments were received from many of my neighbors!
