We had CertaPro paint the outside of our house and were very pleased with the result. A year later we decided to have them paint the interior. Again the results are top notch and they were in and out in about a day and a half. Our General Contractor chose CertaPro Painting to paint the interior of our basement after it flooded. So I can't tell how they rate in pricing comparisons. But for all other aspects, I give them 5 stars. They were courteous and timely. They took care to keep the work area neat. They put down plastic barriers for floors, stairs and doorways to keep our house clean. Their finish work is very good. Trim work and paint coverage is nice. And they did the entire basement in 2 days. After the job, we did a walk-through and then told me to call if we found anything wrong later. Very good company.

The communication was great leading up to our scheduled time and our painter (Victor) did an outstanding job. It took three days and he always left the area as clean as possible. We set an appointment for the painters to start prepping the exterior of the house to paint. That crew ended up walking off the job. We were shocked. However Dale Rae kept in contact with us and 2 days later had a second crew was out here. They power washed the house and got started painting and worked for 3 days to get the house painted even in 90° weather. They were fantastic and their team lead, Rafael was very nice to work with. In fact all of the crew were very nice even tho they didn't all speak English. We were able to communicate with them. The house looks great and we are pleased with Certa-Pro's work. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.
