Everything about the entire project was very easy and on schedule. I was really impressed with the amount of care and detail demonstrated by the painter. He was very thorough and showed up on time every day. Absolute 10/10 result from the workmanship. Can’t recommend these guys enough. ??
Not only was Todd prompt at coming out to bid the project, he explained several things that I wouldn’t have thought of.The painters were kind and QUIET. They picked up after themselves and are the hardest workers!The project manager came out every day to check on things and make sure we were happy with the progress. The end result is fantastic! I don’t know how we could be any happier with their work! The color match to the main house is spot on.And the pricing was reasonable! Why wouldn’t you choose Painter 1?!
From start to finish our experience with Painter1 has been great. Everyone we worked with had great communication and professionalism. Jonathan and his crew were awesome, they did a great job and were very efficient. Our home looks brand new. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects!
We had our main floor repainted by Painter1 of Utah County. I love every part of our experience. I work in construction and used to paint previously but didn't want to tackle the size of my project so I hired Painter1. From the consultation, to bid, to help on color selection, scheduling, the work, and wrap up the process was amazing. Karen helped my wife go through color selections carefully with options and suggestions that we went with. The colors are amazing. When we decided to move forward, scheduling was well within expectations and they started within a week. Todd and Karen checked on progress multiple times and came over to ensure we were please with how things were going. Omar, our painter, was incredibly detail oriented and repaired all of the dings and scuffs in our trim and walls. He was careful in prepping every door. He removed the doors and hardware, sprayed all of the doors, and then reinstalled them with the hardware. That was unexpected and amazing. Omar took care in each room to fully protect the area from any damage or overspray. Once done, the clean up and turnover was flawless. I have already referred them to other friends. I will use them again and highly recommend them. From my background they exceeded my expectations and it was a remarkable experience
At first, we were excited about the Painter1 exterior paint job of our home. It looked great! That didn't last long. A few months after the project was complete, we started to experience warping to our siding that had been painted. We were assured and promised by them that we didn't need to worry about warping before choosing to go with Painter1.We understand mistakes happen and were willing to work with them. They were somewhat responsive and willing to work with us about fixing some areas that the warping had occurred, especially the one in the picture posted here. After a few emails back and forth with the OWNER Conrad, he seemed to be pawning it off on us saying that the only thing he can think of was the age of our siding, even though that was never once mentioned before painting. Our siding isn't even that old and it is in fantastic condition (until now).After trying to work with the OWNER of the business and more empty promises of fixing the issues, we have now been ghosted. It has been almost 4 months since we have heard from Painter1. We have emailed, called, and received NOTHING in return. They simply ruined the exterior of our home, and own't do anything about it. Warranties and promises don't mean a thing to Painter1. DO NOT USE THEM!!
